mmspulautin.pl - The moblogging solution for Blosxom
I have finally completed a Perl script called mmspulautin.pl (in English, that would be something like "MMS belcher". Don't ask.) which takes a suitable email, extracts textual and multimedia content, and puts it all in your Blosxom blog.
Feature list:
- Support for MMS (multimedia messages) and email.
- Support for JPEG images, 3GPP video, AMR audio and text.
- Support for character set conversions (to suit Unicode blogs like my own).
- Creates thumbnails and converts video to MPEG and Real, and audio to WAV and MP3, for easy viewing/listening on non-3GPP devices.
- Written in Perl, plugs in between your Procmail and Blosxom.
- Takes in Wiki formatted text and outputs XHTML.
