Teething problems...

The RSS feed on this page is based on RSS 0.91 spec and created by the iztsu theme. Unfortunately it has been out-of-spec for various reasons: the content was HTML, but RSS is an XML application. This caused at least one RSS reader to choke. Furthermore, some RSS validators do not seem to allow even XHTML tags, whereas some others do. Which is probably being too friendly, as RSS 0.91 DTD does not include them. But as I don't have unlimited time in my hands (gasp!), I'll let that be. For now.

In other news, I got a report that my blog (the XHTML version) works with Safari 1.0.1 on Mac OS X. It still does not render correctly with IE 5, but I couldn't actually care less.

My MMS-to-Blosxom gateway is more or less working now, and would probably need a couple of hours of tweaking time, but I've been far too busy to do anything on that. Also, Radiolinja's GPRS service was down just when I wanted to test it, and after that, my phone somehow lost its capability of sending MMSes. Now, with GPRS working and phone reconfigured, probably some day you will get as-it-happens reports from the field...
